m Patrick has more than forty years experience in banking, real estate and securities industries and has specialized in 1031 exchanges.  He received his undergraduate degree at San Jose State, an MBA from St. Mary's College of California and an MA from University of Southern California.  Patrick is a licensed Real Estate Broker and holds securities licenses 22 and 63.  Patrick is a member of Rotary, and has served as President of Care Fresno.  His goal is to help investors acquire institutional quality, management free investment real estate that may help preserve capital, provide reliable monthly income, defer and/or reduce taxes and provide a hedge against inflation.
